Thank you for visiting stereof.com, our new home where we plan on dispensing some of our more useful fitness, health, and diet advice for those who just don’t have enough time in their day. We know what it is like to be busy all the time and feel like there are not enough hours in the day to take care of yourself like you should. This blog is our little side project as well and we are not sure how much time we will have, but we are making the effort, just like you should to live and eat healthier.
We hope that something you find on our site touches a nerve or turns on that light bulb in your head and connects with you to get out and exercise. Put down that extra helping of butter, and allocate some time to your health. It is easier to stay in shape than it is to get in shape, but with a little help we can all get some place better.
